Our mission is to extend the opportunity of a skill trade and the possibility of higher earnings to everyone. In particular, we want to open doors for our returning citizens who have previously been incarcerated and are reentering the workforce, high school graduates who have decided not to go to college but still deserve a viable skill, and our transitioning workforce that is looking to develop new skills."

We are an Authorized Training Unit for the Nation Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER).
We Offer two learning tracks:
Track 1
• Four-week, 160-hourprogram • Teachest the fundamentals Heavy Equipment Operations • Ideal for students that are nnew to the constructiuon industry • Learn the basics skills needed to operate a dozer, loader and excavator
Track 2
• Four-week, 160-hour program • Teaches equipment comptency • Ideal for labores their skills as an Equipment Operator • Develop skill proficiency as a Heavy Equipment Operator
